Challenge
The client solicited sealed proposals for services from interested and qualified professionals to provide web design and development services for their website that had outdated content and broken links that would look and feel more professional and mission-focused.

 

Strategy
After winning the contract, we set up an interview with the client and key team members to determine specific web and digital content goals. Before our first consultation call, the client also completed our discovery questionnaire to understand their mission and brand before developing a web design strategy.

During the exercise, we discussed imagery, logo, and preferences, which is invaluable information we used during the website’s strategy and design phases.

Also, during the strategy and design phase one, we developed the structure for the site that encompassed in-depth information about the organization, members, programs, event landing pages, partners, media announcements, and ways to get engaged and opportunities to give. The entire website design allows for the organization to enhance and expand its reach. Moreover, the website CMS was built on WordPress, giving the organization’s team the ability to edit as needed.

 

Result
The organization’s online presence now clearly conveys its mission and serves as a hub for potential stakeholders and the public to stay connected and for the company to build revenue streams through event landing pages and a donation page.
